Elisa Desireé Martínez Guerrero Hailing from Monterrey, Mexico, Ms. Martínez holds a Bachelor in Music degree in Violin Performance, an Engineering in Communication and Information Technologies degree, a Master in International Business, a Master in Marketing and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. She finished her Master in Music with Orchestra and Choral conducting concentrations this year at the University of New Mexico. She has assisted in numerous conducting master classes with teachers of international stature, including Michael Jimbo, Rodrigo Sierra Moncayo, and Dr. Kayoko Dan. In 2012 she won the chair for concertmistress at the National Youth Orchestras Festival after spending one year as an exchange student at UNM under Dr. Carmelo de los Santos, and in 2015 she won the principal chair of second violins in the professional orchestra Orquesta Filarmónica del Desierto de Coahuila.
